I can believe people are still using TrueCaller. I hope you have let everyone in your contacts know that you have shared their name/phone number pairing with everyone in the world. Not only that, but if the contact on your phone has an email address, twitter account, FB account,..... you have made all this public without their consent.

Goto Truecaller and type in the phone number 083 123 5467. Send a message to everyone of your contacts apologising and give then the unlist link, http://www.truecaller.com/unlist , to have their details unlisted.

Stick to your day job of farming dairy.

Ja, tried now also and it says it is not compatible with my device? Dont understand why cause my phone is on Nougat and according to the description, it is for Marshmallow and up?

Tried the APK from APK mirror .... still does not work. Also comes up with message that it is not compatible with my device.

Found APK that installs, but it does not show up to set as the default in my applications menu. Only the dialer app that comes with the phone is there.

Uninstalled TrueCaller now as well. Sucked 15% of my battery power in 30 min. TSEK

Seems to be ROM specific - on my current ROM it doesn't even feature in battery usage.

Although, also in current ROM - I can't get live id working, as soon as I get an incoming call the data connection is killed.

What do you mean with ROM? Custom ROM?

I'm still happy with Should I Answer? on Android. But it doesn't have sms block. Fortunately my phone came with a spam sms filter.

Well I'm assuming it's TrueCaller. Will run without it for a week and see if there's any improvement.
