Mine was installed Sunday and activated monday morning. Went home last night and connected and bob's my uncle's aunti

Did they connect the equipment to your pc aswell?

At my place they installed the cables and antenna and left....?

Do you have a valid ISP account - you need a user name and password from an ISP

From what you say it tells you that it cannot log on to the authentication server

Does it look like this?

A friend of mine is getting this... And his PPPoE connections isn't working as well. We have removed power to the IDU, kept it off for a while and then connected the power again and it is still not working. Didn't try the telnet thing as I didn't know about it.

Is there a way to change the IP address of the unit from 192.168.... to somethin else or must I change my IP range to fit in with wimax unit?
