Not if you are anything bigger than a small company and you don't have directors that insist on using Blackberry's. You also need $50 per account for premium if you want to use Outlook which is a big factor in many companies.

I am the Director. I use a blackberry with Google Apps via the Gmail mail application. Plus it even works with the normal BB email service that comes with BB.

Well, speaking first hand too and from my experience with larger companies, POP and IMAP just do not fly. Not when you are reliant on things like shared calendars. May sound like a small thing to you but it is really import when you have a large company to be able to see exactly what people are doing and when so you don't mess around trying to send out meeting requests that always get rejected because one person has an issue. The BB plugin is OK but not the best when you are running your own BES server. Not many people in the real world rely on their providers BB service. In fact our phones do not even have a provider service that is attached. The provided service is more for the average Joe on the streets. The reason I said this about the $50 per account, is we just migrated our entire user base from an exchange environment to Google Apps, using the GA Sync tool for Outlook connectivity and various plug-ins to make it all stick together but it is NO WHERE near as mature as Exchange and in the real big wide corporate world you will find that there are more hassles than the cost savings. Every other day we are having to repair some ones account and do some running repairs on others.
Company with 10-15people max I would recommend GA any day of the week. However if you have more than this, I would stay away until it is more mature.
