As I was walking out of my house there was a sudden loss of strength, my vision was blurry, it was hard to breathe and my body was shaking and both arms tingling. I just sat on the the floor outside and called for help. What was is that caught me?

Best to go ASAP to a doctor and explain the incident. It sounds serious.

Could be a pinched nerve. Just go to a Dr and have it checked out. The tingling in arms makes me suspect a pinched nerve. Then again, decrease in strength and vision sound like a blood pressure or blood sugar crash.

Either way, get to a Dr.

Okay I'm revising my diagnosis, its sounds like a myocardial infarct brought on by herpes.

Not a doctor, but: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Presyncope

The tingling/shaking sounds like adrenaline secondary to the event.

Lots of possible causes, most benign, but I suggest you get a checkup.
.Orthostatic hypotension occurs when blood pressure drops significantly when the patient stands from a supine (horizontal) or seated position
This is what happened. I was laying down feeling fine then I got up to go somewhere.

Could be a TIA

Again, see a doctor.

If you don't want to go see one can I take out a quick life insurance policy on you?
