Am I in Danger?

Some people just cannot handle The Outdoors without first adjusting through a transition phase after having been Indoors so long. Sitting down for a while and even calling for someone to help until the symptoms subside was the appropriate response.

Good job..

29, don't know my height but I'm short. Weigh 75kg
If you inactive then that could explain it. Heart struggling to pump blood to your body which isn't that serious unless your boners have getting weaker over the past few months then you need to see a cardiologist.
Check your eyes and reference it to other pics. if you have an eye that looks lazier than it did in the older pics than chances are you had a small stroke.

As I was walking out of my house there was a sudden loss of strength, my vision was blurry, it was hard to breathe and my body was shaking and both arms tingling. I just sat on the the floor outside and called for help. What was is that caught me?
Girlfriend phones to tell you about the bun in the oven?

Seems you had a gun shot to the chest, or herpes. But, get a second opinion from the South African 4x4 community forum. Just to be sure.

Check your leg. You may have taken an arrow to the knee.

I hope the OP is fine. Notwithstanding the physical trauma he sustained from the bullet and arrow wounds all the while afflicted with diabetes and low blood pressure and simultaneously experiencing a heart attack and a minor stroke aside. The difficulty of, and consequence from, informing the missus he contracted herpes is my concern.
