I must add that I have found the battery life to be great so far. My usage has been similar to that on my 3Gs and this phone rocks! I should imagine if multi applications are left open it will chow the battery. But comparing apples with apples, the iPhone 4 has improved battery life. (not intended as a pun)
I bought a Capdase pouch on Sunday and it really works well on the protection side and was inexpensive as well. But I will still apply screen protectors to the front and back to ensure it remains scratch-free.
Shot some video footage and it looks great on my full HD laptop screen.
