It's no frills, but it'll refuse to die, big fan of the hardware. Not as slick as Sony's stuff but I've always been a fan of MS hardware quality.

After a year or two change the CPU thermal paste and she's good as new, it's basically a little PC.

Amazon eta is Wednesday (tomorrow)
TAL eta is Thursday

Let's see what happens.

As someone who still reads the books the old-fashioned way, I'm pleased they have access to niche (read: international) titles that I like. However, I don't pay the ridiculous hardcover price, I always wait for paperback, but it seems on the store they are all "temporarily out of stock".

Amazon, being American, avoiding Chinese sources will bite them in the butt and Takealot can capitalize on that.

Temu is just a meme but I love them, they're awesome for kakkies. Temu in the US etc is serious business, they sell much larger items etc, we get the coke zero version of Temu here.
