Is there anyone that could help me setup my echo dot 3 Gen

I have been battling for about 3 hours and the app says it's not supported in SA

Use the browser on your mobile?

I couldnt get the app to work so did not really bother. I wanted to use the contacts function but it does not seem available to us in this part of the world. Not sure why.
The only thing you really setup through the browser are skills. Once the skills are setup then everything else is voice.

Strange I managed to set mine up no problems using the Alexa app.
