AMD Athlon X2 7750 & 7550 CPUs

So they edge out the E5200 at stock and only OC to +/-3.1GHz, whereas the E5200 can go to +/-4.GHz.
Still, ..would be nice if PhenomII actually brings the goods in practise..

I'm wondering how the PhenomII will perform clock for clock. My decision comes in a month or two.

ye... but from looking at how these new cpu's are doing, things are looking up... these are still 65nm and they seems pretty fast. also cheap :D.

The PhenomII's will be in SA 19 Jan. I'm getting my gaming rig end Feb so if the comparable to current core2quads I'll consider them.

Well, for the prize, they ain't performing that badly... at stock speeds, but if you are going to overclock, I would go for the E5200.

So if the quads perform good clock for clock they should be really good. They also overclock nicely. Maybe AMD will do something right in the CPU world.
