I might be wrong saying the distro that bought a few of these cpu's in is the same guy who bring's in asrock motherboards , so he bought in quite limited supply's.

Currently only the FX-8320 is in stock in most stores, but the 8350 should be popping back in stock after New Year's. Comptium does do some AMD stock, but they're not the only ones bringing the chips in .
