AMD releases X399 driver update for NVMe RAID support

I'm still waiting for them to properly patch the Ryzen memory. If you have good memory you can get pretty close to the maximum rating with some tight timings. When the system manages to boot on the 3rd or even 8th automatic retry the memory also just works so there doesn't appear to be any controller instability. Rather it looks to be the POST check on boot that's the problem.
