Questionable headline though. When you have to look at the numbers to see that the bars in the graphs are not actually all the same length, then the difference is not even significant, never mind "big" .

Does that mean it'll actually...you know...work now? PBO has always been garbage. Substantial increase in power usage for low single-digit performance increases.

I concur.

I leave my 3900x at 4.2 Ghz @ 1.1 volts and I have very low temperatures and a very responsive system indeed with quite a low power usage to boot.
