I've requested a price list from then 3 times in April... to date, not a squeak.

You should take that as a sign. Apart from their support being non-existent, I am still waiting for a call from them to come arrange to pickup their hardware from 3 months ago. Clearly their hardware sucks as well.

I moved to level-7 and wont look back.

Melvin Naaidoo (Amobia manager) arrogance is on another level. He is playing the victim and blaming the consumer insinuating that I am maxing out my connection when I am gaming causing high latency issues!

Yes, for a long time. I haven't looked at latency in awhile...I don't game online anymore so as long as I can browse and watch vids without problems, I'm okay (the connection is fine for that stuff).

Haha yea that has been fine. But OMW the gaming nope. Better than the past 6months though

They had a recent upgrade on their networks. Past two weeks I have been having a good time. Averaging 60ms-80ms locale which is more than enough for me.

4mb line yesterdays readings download speed barely a mb and upload was 3mb. It is back to the same old **** sigh

After a month and a half of jamming everyting is back to normal actually a huge improvement. Averaging 50ms-70ms on local and receiving my max connections consistantly.

hey guys - in PLZ PE and Telkom fluctuates so bad it's completely unstable. looking at herotel or amobia - 15 / 20 mb package ? any recommendations - up on the hill in PE Parkside way - would a dish help to improve Telkom ?
