This really makes the Rehab song ironic, on a more serious note, its disturbing that we as a society knew she was eventually going to die in this manner but we could not prevent it. Hope she enjoyed life Rip was not a fan of your music, but you obviously had a huge amount of supporters.

Wow its creepy that her official site is already closed with a full screen picture of her.

Can't say this is too surprising.

They tried to make her go to rehab, but she said no no no.

It's still sad though.
 
I liked her music and I'm actually sad to see her go but I feel really sorry for my dad

her album's the only 21st century album I've seen him buy and now she's gone... when it came on BBC news he just stared and stared and stared

People who have the means to support themselves, yet choose to die in the clutches of substance abuse are idiots.

Yes, she was a human, but so what? There are many humans who deserve nothing more than death. So, a rich rock-star chose to drug herself to death? Whatever. Who cares, and why should we?

I feel for anyone she left behind, but her, herself? Meh.

I feel that this talk of 'she was a person, and therefore deserved her chance to live', etc, etc, is a smokescreen. If I got wrought up about every person that pegs, I'd be a quivering wreck.

I prefer to use energy on people who really matter/have a choice.

Sad news. She seemed unable to control her multiple drug addictions so it wasn't that surprising.
 
So sad. I hated her life and loved her music. She will be missed.

As somebody on SKY News said, I am shocked/saddened, but not surprised. She was a ticking time bomb.
