Johannesburg - The ANC 's national disciplinary committee of appeals on Tuesday evening confirmed Julius Malema's expulsion from the party.

He also has to vacate his position as ANCYL president.

Malema was expelled from the ANC in November 2011 for sowing division in the party and for bringing it into disrepute.

Expelled like the rotten turd he is.

He can now approach the ANC's national executive committee (NEC) to review the verdict.

His last resort is the party’s December national conference in Mangaung.

Source.

any mention of him been able to appeal? I know the ANC cant get enough of that.

NOAA to screw up the political landscape.. Malema joins the fight against etolling..

Imagine.

:D

Cry me a fscking river. The sooner this turd disintegrates and disappears the better. He can appeal for all he likes but Jan Taks is going to bliskem him stukkend.

I feel an urge to say Hosh Tokoloshe, but ja Malema is the monster from the bog that keeps coming back, at least he is mainly the cANCer's problem.

What annoys me is the fact that Government/ANC practice reaction politics instead of proactive politics in this country, in other words something has to really become skewed or broken for it to be attended to. It's like everyone is living in a sleepy hollow and if someone or the masses really make a noise that annoys them they will awaken to shut the noise up. It doesn't take leadership to practice reaction politics whereas being proactive does. Something that is hugely lacking in this Government.
Examples in our recent past where sitting around doing nothing costs us (you and I, the taxpayers of RSA) money. The Eskom stuff-up of not building new capacity even though they (the Government) were told about the impending problem ten whole years before it actually became a big problem costing the country Billions and still costing.
Billions of taxpayers money was used to fund the 2010 SWC which turned out to be a huge success and brought much needed publicity to this country and tourism, but the tourists had hardly left and Malema was blowing his trumpet again of gutter politics to further his own agenda of personal enrichment. He should have had his wings clipped long ago, in other words proactive politics. Besides Malema is not a youth any more, what is he doing in that position for a start and why doesn't the leaders of the youth actually represent the youth and by that I mean children from age 0 to 18/21, where it is needed the most. That is what I understand as being a Youthful age. Once you have reached the age of 18 or 21 you are considered a Major in the eyes of the law, so what gives with all these old dudes in the youth organisation.

One thing I can give Malema he had the courage to challenge the dictatorial manner of the ruling faction of the ANC. We actually need more of him/her but with a bit more brains, insight and tact.

The thing that leaves a bad taste in my mouth is, for all we know Malema was a plant (placed by the ANC) to test the waters of where they can go with their agenda of changing the status quo, like Nationalisation, Land Redistribution and the like. In other words, say the things the ruling party cannot say in public but is on their lips so to speak.
