No I believe it is running? Cloudfront is not dependant on Amazon's data-centers being in-country from what I can see. They must be hosting elsewhere.

Jesus Christ...does anyone honestly expect a politician to dig as deep as where the hosting is happening to align themselves with the local business support?
Surely one should be asking is the company looking after their IT needs local and disregard where that company chooses to do the hosting.
I find it unlikely any of the three parties are "self-managing" this stuff.
The DA's security comments, presumably around GDPR at least carry some weight in their logic even though I'm pretty sure they had no say in any of it really.
