The ANC said on Thursday it has denied the Democratic Alliance the chairmanship of any of the parliamentary committees as punishment for party leader Helen Zille insulting President Jacob Zuma.

Good to see the ANC has turned over a new leaf and has decided to take a mature stance in politics.

Once again the ANC proves it is no better than the National Party when it comes to being the playground bully.

LOL

Go ANC! Continue dragging your asses through your own defecation like the worthless, brainless maggots you are. Viva ANC! Viva la REVOLUTION!

I'll start building my mud-hut in the meantime - not like anyone in government would notice the erosion of civilisation if it walked up to them, slapped them across the cheek with the recent invention of the wheel and farted in their faces to the tune of, "It's the end of the world as we know it."

all that went through my mind earlier when i read this was:

ANCYL Mission #234 "Z.I.L.L.E.": COMPLETED

ANC FTL

Can't they just make the Western Cape the New South Africa and detatch it from the "Old South Africa" and let thoes crazy imberciles do what they do best and destroy their own country, while we live in peace in the Western Cape :D

I think the Western Cape would be a much better place without the ANC altogether.

Arg that's so petty! Playground antics at work i see!

Nothing like maturity in parliament is there!

I see this as partly Zille's fault, if she wasn't so hell bent on taking jabs at Zuma the whole situation would be a lot more civil. Zille, Zuma, the media and ofcourse the ever vocal ANC-YL have blown this whole debacle way out of proportion.

*applause*

It's not like the DA would have had "a chair" either way.
LMAO!
The ANC is no stranger to Sensationalism.

Unwise Politics in my opinion.
While they think they are punishing Zille, they are actually punishing the almost 3 million people that voted for the DA.

Dumb bunch of idiots - honestly. Not to mention the dumbasses that actually voted theses retards in.

well to be honest the DA did ask for it. I don't think they care regardless.
They weren't exactly magnanimous in their victory. Locking ANC Premier Lynne Brown out of her office this week wasn't wise either. I guess the ANC will pull rank now and again just to remind them who's boss.

Wow

Impressive

Anc is cutting them back down to size. reminding them they are only a small party with a big mouth :D

Oh, and now you're being sensationalist. They told Lynne Brown to move her office to Leeuwenhof, that's all.

But once again you make wild accusation and fail to provide any evidence.

No chairs for the DA? I know why! It's because they leave the furniture making to the ANCYL and we all know how good they are at woodwork :D
