ANC officials join Cope

This guy was probably going to be fired by the "new" ANC, so he wants to look legit. Maybe he is legit.
I honestly don't take anything seriously from former ANC members (now joining COPE) or the new ANC members anyway. Politicians will say anything to look good.

That's true.
A lot more now will defect to COPE after the ANC's list conferences have been concluded. Politicians are the same - always looking out for themselves.
