A lot of students from Botswana also study in SA at public and private universities. ..... Students from Botswana are also known as the worst behaved and most rowdy students at Monash in Australia.

One of them is my daughter's friend and and stayed with us for the first few weeks of the Dec holidays. Very well mannered and impeccably behaved...

The Botswana government has a similar university study scheme where a large portion of students are sent to study in the US, UK and Australia. A lot of students from Botswana also study in SA at public and private universities..

The Ciskei and Transkei government had something similar and it produced good results in my observation.

South African brains are not adequate, the education system is not the problem. People need to first be capable of doing ok in Maths and Science.

They are lacking discipline and mother tongue education in this country.
