Johannesburg - The ANC Youth League will not use the words 'Shoot the boer" when singing the struggle song Ayesab' amagwala, its president Julius Malema said on Thursday.

However, he added: "There is no court which can ban the song and we agree with it.

"These people who presided over the song [the judge] are the same people who presided over comrades during apartheid," he said.

He added that the Youth League would heed the ANC's call for restraint even though it did not agree with the banning of the song.

"We will continue to sing it outside of South Africa."

I know perfectly well which country I am in, I just find it interesting that in most threads there is hardly ever Afrikaans, but then these politicalish ones there seems to be quite a bit, all insulting.

Certain languages are better for certain things pook.

For example - Romatic poetry in Afrikaans dont work so well, slamming people however does ;D Getting up on ones high horse works quite well in English.

You should know about the advantages of different langages being a dev and all? Or am I confusing you with another Pook?

You can insult the ANC regime for the incompetence and corruption, without being racist.

I criticised this ANC baffoon - does that make me racist?

I don't see any harm in posting in Afrikaans, but don't see much point in it either - we should however follow the policy of this forum, and if that allows for posts in languages other than English, no problem.
