Must be a good gaming night.

No one wants to chat.

Shaun now relaxes. Enjoy the evening guys.

Chat in the morning again.

ye thanks Shaun, it seems to be working great.

But now what are we gonna get for not being able to use our net for what we bought it for for just over 2 weeks now?

It might sound greedy, but service providers have to know that they must be accountable for mistakes/downtime, and the only way to do that these days is to hurt their bottom line.

I hear you.

Sorry I cannot facilitate your request. I cannot be held reposnsible for upstream providers across da seas failures.

Thats just the way the WWW works.

We are the guys who will fight for the uptime.

Pm me your details and we can chat in the morning.

Thanks

all i want to know really is have steps been taken/going to be taken so that this problem wont happen again.

Because i know you must be tired of fixing the same old rubbish over and over.

Everything else seems fine, except WoW still need sorting out from level3.

I am still lagging over 600-700ms tonight, and had to leave half the raid due to disconnects. Still issues with level3 at the moment with the sub sea cable failure in europe.

Had a "no cable" case recently started about 00.00 and 00.30. Internet is back by right now.

One question how on earth did you manage to get through MTN Business through iBurst when all of us going through Vodacom on IBurst and having problems and suffering going through them at the moment with WoW and not been able to play for 17 days. This really make me angry......

Last night I had to cancel half my raid due to huge latency and tonight I am sitting at a woooping 1300ms average on iBurst Vodacom, another canceled night.

Hi there

I will try to find out for you. Could be that Vodacom had a temp pipe put in to see them through the SAIX cable break.

The responses dont seem so good though.

What do you think?

Anything is worth a try at the moment cause I cant play through level3 for 17 days now, and that just one tracert to Blizzard.

Sorry guys. Must be a Durban client as the route there is through MTN business.

Looks like it is back to getting the cable repaired.
