I'm loathe to say that WBS isn't incompetent, but I think that the incompetency in this case lies with the person interpreting the error message.

It's a simple squid proxy error message. It means that the target host (mail.ananzi.co.za) was reachable, but it refused a connection on port 80. This means that the target webserver is not listening on port 80, quite possibly due to it having crashed, or is in the process of being restarted.

Allow me to demonstrate on a leased line:

I'm on ADSL, so it's obviously a problem on their side, as stated by TheRodent.
 
Ananzi is upgrading their mail service.

Notice was given via an email from them.

dude, i've seen the likes of "you" and you know what? people LIKE you TRY to create enemies.

Now, I get slammed and dissed alot too (I think?) but I don't consider anyone here an enemy. Please dude, your reality is starting to sound really screwed up. I know a psychomologist who can fix that for ya, good mkay?
