So I logged onto the internet tonight, did my usual local trip. Tried to access an international website and I got this :

ERROR

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.bigoven.com/25166-Tomato-Seafood-Stew-recipe.html

The following error was encountered:

* The IP address you are connecting from is not currently listed as an Afrihost IP address. If you have recently restarted your Afrihost ADSL connection, please wait for up to 15 minutes.

So I did a tracert to mybb and got the following:

So it seems I am going through Telkom, but getting Afrihost errors?

I have cleared my browser cache, reset and reconfigured my router whilst connecting with my Telkom details and yet I get the same error???:wtf:

Any Ideas?

Related to the SEACOM outage? MWeb (and others?) are being routed via SAIX at the moment.

Haha, that is weird. An Afrihost error on a Telkom account.

Well I fixed it by switching off my router and pc for 15 mins ~ , strange since I had an Afrihost account a few months ago and I have been connecting succesfully with telkom for ages.

lol my afrihost does the same thing but mine goes away
btw see the proxy thing in ur browser that mite have something to do with it
