The Trace Mobile staterpacks are "trio simcards" It's essentially a normal big sim cut into micro and nano size. Printed on it is LTE on the big size and LTE on the inner of the simcard. You can get these simcards at Cellc stores and do a sim swap to them too for prepaid or contract. Don't think it's anything different to the blue sim but kinda cool that it's a trio sim. Cellc also now supplies trio simcards with all new contracts.
Pic of 3 sims below. Top one is a 128k USIM micro cut out. Middle one is a Trace Mobile Trio sim with LTE printed on it. Bottom one is the older complete black 128k power sims with micro sim cut out.

Hey, where'd you find the blue USIM? I have been to a family Pick 'n Pay (who don't stock CellC), an electronics store who only has the older one and a Chinese store which is not LTE enabled by default.
Going to check Checkers next, if not there I am going to go to the CellC store and pay the extra.
Checkers has the very latest Cellc packs which are LTE enabled. The outer branding of the Easychat staterpack would say get unlimited whatsapp for R5. Those are all usim simcards and sell for R2.99 at Checkers. You could always pick up a Trio usim simcards from Game Stores for R3.99 which is a nano, micro and normal sim all in one.
The trace Mobile staterpacks for R5 are all also Trio Simcards and LTE enabled.![]()
