Android advice

Hi guys, I will be getting an S4 mini in a few days. Never used Android before, am coming from a Nokia N9. Any advice for an Android noob ? Would like to try the rooting thing, having heard so much about it.

My wife loves her mini. Don't be in a hurry to root & rom it. Play and get used to stock first. Check out the useful apps thread.

first thing first, play with your phone, use it, see what it is capable of, experience the power you have in your hands, its addictive.

once you have realised what you cannot do, root it then you can do it.
