Android App requests / Looking for an app that does X - thread

Is there any email app that can pick up when email has been remotely read or archived and then remove it from the notification and app?
Say I read my email on the computer and 10mins later pick up the phone, I want all emails I have just read or archived to reflect that in the app and notification without needing to clear anything or refresh.

Using type mail wuth gmail on push and its awesome but it can't do that, the native apple iOS email app could.

Something about the Gmail app I didn't like, was a deal breaker. It can't be the only app that can do that?

Not really. Inbox allows you to do more with your email, tries to help #GTD...

To prove to the alarm installer that I'm not a liar I had to do 12 screengrabs of my whatsapp messages. Wondering if there's an app for that. I know there's a way to print the messages out but I actually wanted screen shots.




OT:
also, spurred on by the RWC thread and unable to load iTV onto any of my Samsung devices I saw on another android forum that the apk can be "sideloaded".

I had Tunnelbear VPN loaded but somehow iTV saw my location so I cleared Google Play cache and data, made certain location is off logged out of Google Play, relaunched Tunnelbear, went back into Google Play - still wouldn't install.

Any ideas?

not sure I understand the question, are you looking for an app that takes screenshots, as opposed to actually just taking screenshots?

Yes, taking those screenshots was a mission. Take pic, scroll down, take pic, scroll down.

You can export conversations from whatsapp, if that'll help.

It's not. Any app that uses the proper play services will be able to do that... blame the devs.

I use Inbox, just helps me keep my inbox clean easily.

What's the best App backup for non rooted devices? Want to try see if I can get by without rooting and can't use the all time winner Titanium. Seems there are a few than can backup the app and in some cases the data, just not quite a completely as Titanium.

What you guys use?

Super Backup...sort of, it can create copies of APKs when installing but it can't touch them or their data otherwise. Contacts and SMSs it does perfectly though (which is all I wanted out of a backup app so I never tried Titanium).

I don't backup app data anymore. Some apps sync to cloud... What apps do you need this for?

All the user installed apps and hopefully some of their data(not very hopefully in terms of the latter)
