Is there a way to circumvent this without root. Cos Samsung Pay doesn't work with root?

I wonder if the could make a BT device to circumvent this

Get an android one device and recording comes baked into the os. Not sure if it's the same with pure android as well.

Google releases the One devices, which run pure android so if Google is blocking it, stands to reason the One devices will not be an exception.

They will be sued a million ways to Sunday if their own devices that they sell, where exempted.

Native call recorders will remain operational.

Third-party call recording apps needs to be revised and adhere to standards. The standards being a issue since not all countries and or states have the same rules. Some third-party recording apps will live on.
