Android fails and pet hates

Of course it matters. The Android experience is not universal across different manufacturers. On Samsung devices, open the image in gallery, then select share, then choose email, and select resize image.
Any email client? I see no such option on my s8.

When sending photos by email, there is no option to resize the photos? Considering Gmail has been around for a very long time, surely this must be a must have feature for any mail app?

Yes, I have a resizer app on my phone, but having to resize, then send is definitely a workaround.

With camera resolutions going up, files produced are typically 4mb and upward. My guys in Angola and DRC send me pictures of an installation with 5-6 pics, and the email size is 20-30mb. Really?!!!

I use Outlook and it prompts you if you want to resize.

Why not try AquaMail? you get 2 free mailboxes.

I just bought it after giving it an hours test, it looks like an improvement on BlueMail that I was using.

If it goes wrong I can always blame @3lOH55A

Aqua Mail is easily worth paying full price for, and even then goes on sale for 50% off almost every month.

I used BlueMail for a while following the demise of CloudMagic/ Newton Mail, until I saw a legit looking Reddit post claiming that BlueMail was entirely unsecure and transmitting your Google credentials.

I've wondered on occasion if free email apps are developed by intelligence services to gather login details from the general public. If it's perfectly possible then it makes sense that they would do it.

Now you come and say that!

I bought it for what I presume is full price a couple of hours ago...

:p

That's why you should have AppSales installed and 'share' each Play Store listing with the app to check price history before spending money.

He doesn’t like to handle big objects.
Ah, I see... Still, since we are moving forward with technology, multimedia is going to get bigger and bigger. But, ofc if you use mobile data which is STILL EXPENSIVE in South Africa, then it makes sense.

He works in the DRC, he mentions it earlier in the thread.
