Android is better - interesting read

Great read. Pretty much sums everything awesome about Android. I don't think any other ecosystem comes even close.

If Google makes a bigger push of Android/Chrome onto desktops and laptops, the competition has every reason to be terrified. They have everything they need to take over the traditional desktop and laptop market.

I think at this point it is obvious Android is the better platform. 2 yrs ago there was a degree of subjectivity to this statement, but now it is quite clear that Android > iOS.

The list of Apple products I use daily largely amounts to OS X and Apple hardware. People identify themselves as Mac users and Windows users... zoom out a bit and you'll find another Venn diagram where Google almost entirely encompasses all of these users.

I have been saying this for a while now...

Very nice article.
I have been seriously tempted to get the SGS4 in the last little bit.

Unless the Edge pulls a rabbit out of the hat I will buy a droid at the end of the year. I'll wait for ios7 before committing tho.

I would agree, but WP8 serves me best as a business companion. Android always in my pocket or manbag .

No, there wasn't. People are just finally waking up. In fact the gap is now probably smaller than ever. naaiOS has vastly improved in the last few years while Android has only had (comparatively) minor changes. iOS is much more like an actual smart OS now. It's still stripped-out as hell, but less than it used to be. Android was pretty much always like it is now.

is there an alternative to iMessage? This is one of the things I use all day.

Not sure what imessage does differently? The guy from the blog post said
I do, however, miss iMessage. I ended up setting Facebook Messenger as my default SMS app
I use whatsapp for messaging.
