We even have access to paid games.

All the developers that have apps in the market just have to update their apps to include new countries.

And yes they where all notified via email from Google.

I'm trying to purchase VLC Stream & Convert Pro (R28) but it says that it is not available to my country when I click on buy?

I hope it doesn't stay that way. I have quite the investment in "tmobile's" market.

Hopefully thats all it needs. The only app that shows, out of my 26 that i have bought, is Beautiful Widgets :-/.

Yes i can find it there. But do a search for it on your phones marketplace...
Even when i try to install it from there my device is grayed out.
