Am busy looking at tapatalk now (actually using it to write this), and now that I have found the unread and participated buttons, I will give it a try. The new interface is a bit disconcerting though, especially the big avatars wasting space.

I normally use smugmug for full res pics

Working for me too,, maybe your problems are with your net or maybe a specific forum

Are you using your phone camera to take the pic first and then attach it, or selecting camera from inside the tapatalk app?

So if I open my camera, take a pic, and then attached it in tapatalk via my gallery, it doesn't work. The size it's trying to upload is the full size (5mb).

When I open the tapatalk app, take a pic from inside the app, it works. The size it then uploads is like 500kb.

That 5mb is then likely exceeding the forums upload limit which I think for this one is like 2mb. My uploaded image was 1mb

But yet I can do it with the MyBroadband tapatalk version... The app automatically converts that one as well

Open app, click plus button, click paperclip, choose camera, take photo,click tick, wait, type message, wait, read your question, reply to it. Lol

but that's the way that works for me as well. try the other way

open camera, take photo, close camera, open tapatalk, click plus button, click paperclip, choose gallery, choose photo, wait, and fail...

Well then scroll back up a few posts, that's a photo I took, albeit not this day, it's still a photo from my camera in my gallery that I attached flawlessly to a post on mybb via the tapatalk app version 4.10.2
