Do you mean you didn't see the use of it? Or it actually didn't work at all?
As far as I could tell it was not working, I know I uninstalled.

Once installed, you should open the app first and go through the setting to set a couple of things up.
Also, if you don't open links from apps like Feedly, Tapatalk or Twitter, then you won't ever see the app. It is not a browser replacement. If I want to directly browse something, I use Chrome. When I open up a link from Feedly to read the whole news article it opens in Link Bubble. While the article is loading, I can keep browsing Feedly. Once the whole page has been loaded, the bubble will expand to show me the article I want to read. Or it could just sit there until you click on it, option in the settings menu.
Anyway, maybe because you don't click on links is the reason you didn't see it doing something.
Maybe I had done something wrong or I dunno, I see in the settings it does want to be the default system browser though.
Correct. But that is for when an app directs to a browser, or for when you click on a link. Does mos not matter if you click on Chrome when you want to browse something directly, right?
Install the free version. Try it. Click links. It's what browsing is supposed to be.![]()
Ya, maybe there is another ap like this that was not working, the icon does not look familiar and this one gives a 24 hour free trial and definitely works.
GServiceFix
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.playfulgeeks.gservicefix
Its a workaround for the battery drain bug caused by Services / Android OS / Android System.
Can anyone vouch ?
EDIT: Nevermind. Don't see myself using this.

No, it will load in link bubble. If you want it then in a proper browser, there is a menu link at the top to open it in other browser. So if I click on a link in another app, say TweetCaster Pro, it will load the link in Chrome in the background and then when it's loaded it will take me to the page in Chrome?
Or is it a web browser itself?

Chrome does not load in the background. So Link Bubble is a web browser itself? Why not just open it using Chrome and minimize it while it loads?
Link bubble example:
Clicked the link in Feedly: Bubble opens on the side, and you can continue using Feedly while the page loads in the bubble.
Below the page is loaded and open in link bubble.
1. Open the menu to reveal Open in Chrome for full browser experience.
2. Shortcut to videos in the article to open them in the YouTube app.
Ah I see, will check it out thanks![]()
Someone saw the light. Thanks the gods I'm not crazy LOLOn the advice of fanie I tried it out myself, and while I am not totally against waiting in a browser, I must say this is in fact better.
Good UI, intuitive and a good idea, it does come in handy when using apps like facebook or twitter so you can carry on reading whats on the wall while the site opens and its browser is HTML5 quality, so I could see the youtube vids, the site was responding well (as in responsive), but also as in no laggy laggy.
Went premium already, worth it IMO.
Thanks fanie.

Actually had the developer on Twitter tonight talking through what might be a bug or an Android feature.
Nice to have a dev that listens.
Create reminders is the only thing I liked. I Uninstalled it after I realised that notifications do not clear from the lockscreen when you clear them from the notification centre.Echo Notification Lockscreen
A couple of days ago had posts ACdisplay, as a notification system. Try this one:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.doublelabs.androscreen.echo
Echo Lock Screen centers your notifications around you. Instead of browsing through dozens of unnecessary messages, Echo automatically filters your notifications and delivers the most important alerts straight to your lock screen.
★ Stay organized - Echo automatically groups your notifications to make them easier to scan. When you open your phone in the morning, your work, game, and social updates will be neatly separated.
★ Avoid interruptions - Echo learns from your behavior and identifies the notifications that are important to you. To help you avoid interruptions, Echo only wake your screen on a priority message.
★ Detailed view - Echo locker shows you more details on each notification. Unlike widgets like NiLs or DashClock, Echo lets you view and dismiss notifications individually.
★ Create reminders - You can receive notifications around your schedule by creating reminders. If you get a missed call alert from your mom when you’re at work, you can set a reminder to have the notification bounce back when you’re at home.
Just installed it, and is a beautiful lockscreen replacement. I especially like the 'Create reminders' function.
