PC Version is rubbish, it sends out an email, thats like a completely seperate app compared to the phone, and there is no option ti "wifi" it to your phone.

Does anyone know of a data usage tracker, which can also limit access to specified apps over 3G, but which can track data usage for day use and night use?

I have a 8ta 5 + 5 promo (i.e. 10GB during the day and 10GB during the night) and want to track the usages for day and night separately. Every app that I tried can only track total usage for the month.

AFAIK you cannot send a file from one Android device to another via WIFI with DropBox. /The PC version sucks tho.

Actually it does, it can show you the usage for a specific app in a daily format, graphed on per hour basis.

What would actually work better is: My Data Manager - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobidia.android.mdm
It does a better drill-down of usage, and also includes Wifi usage. You can even select which day you want to view the usage for.

Say what? You can... indirectly! Upload via wifi to dropbox, share link to anyone, they download via wifi. Obviously you both would need to have a WiFi connection to an access point... But at the end of the day, mission accomplished...

Does this app actually go directly device to device via WiFi?

Use Better Battery Stats (Either from XDA or the Play Store) from Gsam Labs
