I consider Teamviewer to be the gold standard between the two. If you compare features and facilities.

They are different type of solution to achieve the same goal. With remote desktop app, you need to make port forwards on the outward facing router pointing to the server ,and have a static IP/ dynamic DNS to get it working. However this is the smoothest rdp protocol app I have used. Advantage is it's native windows DNA that you are getting access to

For team viewer, I don't do anything special, all my servers connected using the same login. On the android app, I can login, and a list of my computer pops up. No fancy footwork required.

I love it. MS fan here, so chuffed there is MS Office available for my mobile.
For those using Smart Launcher, you may want to look at Clock Calendar Widget + to replace the default clock widget. It alleviates one of the biggest problems I had with Smart Launcher of not having a quick view of the calendar (unfortunately, not free).

I use a combination of Quickoffice (Google) and Microsoft Office. I've tried them all and settled on this combo.

I only use Quickoffice myself, but may be tempted to also use Microsoft Office. At least I have it if need be...

It's an update of the camera app on the Nexus. Quite a cool app with the ability to change focus and dof after taking the photo. Been playing with it this evening.
