yeahm dot, bob, etc. :)

Was Reboot "anime" tough?

computer anime. think is was the worlds first comp anime series... or something..

From wikipedia:
It is credited with being the first full length, completely computer-animated TV series. Moreover, when the series debuted in 1994, the first computer-animated feature film, Toy Story, had not yet been released. Originally made for children, the series attracted many older fans, referring to computer terms and popular culture that would not be understood by younger viewers.

What's the bet the first anime movie they show is Spirited Away? They have shown that on Mnet plenty of times :p

On the contrary I have met plenty. I don't really go for anime myself but I know of all types of anime fans from Heavy Metal fans and some of the most friendly people I know to Black Eyed Peas fans who love their car sound and base. :) So there is no set character for the anime world.

You are just stereotyping I think  some also love anime for it's unique artform rather than the fact that it is just animation. I must say some of the artwork is impressive.

But then it's not Anime anymore :(

That sucks / Off to channel 201 again :(

You're mistaken there. Pioneer LDC originally released only
dubbed versions of Moldiver, Armitage III and Tenchi Muyo
on DVD/VHS/LD (for the US market). They had no subbed versions.
So yes, it is anime even if they have voice over dubbing
in a language other than Japanese.

Have you watched any anime titles? Which titles have you seen?
You'd be suprised but there are some great series out there, with
real literary talent behind them.

Studio Ghibli is a great starting off point.

By far the best anime film you'll ever see.

I've been hooked on anime since I saw some G-Force in
the early 80's as a young kid. Then it was Robotech, then Tenchi Muyo
on Sci-Fi then hundreds of movies and series on DVD.
