This technology has been around for a few years so I'm not sure if that counts as 'new'.

If I was writing this article, I would include mention of TAILS - the tech used by Snowden. I mentioned it back here already.

Exactly. It's a stupid article. Tor has been around for 12 years and has roots going back even further. It's not remotely new, and the NSA has said they actively target TOR users, so overall I give this article a big fat ZERO.
