Yes even free one work good if you know where to find. Use proxies from like Saudi Afabia or Iran india maybe tunesia places like that. problem solved. But I don't think SA is serious about that. i mean downloading ilegal movies and the ISP catch you you just get a slap on the wrist (aka email) and you continue on your way.
