So I currently have a contract with MTN. Was just wondering what docs I need to take to get another one with them? The initial contract is for my wife, and I've been on prepaid for a while now but my phone is slowly dying.

Seeing as they have most of my details, must I still just take all the usual...payslip, 3months bank statements, proof of residence, ID?

I just want to save myself the back and forth trips to them while they make their mind up on what I need to do.

I took out a second contract recently and they only needed my ID

Is the contract on yours or your wifes name,
Whoever it is on they just take their ID and sign the paper work it takes a day or 2 for them to authorise.
No need for the payslip, banks statement story.

Awesome, its in my name.

One hickup I could foresee is that they have my middle name spelt wrong - sigh. Hopefully they realise its their cock up.
