What happened? Are you talking about uprisings during their independance wars or situations slightly less vague to the ones we experience here?

Thing is these guys are butchering each other all the time in the locations. Just take a tour through Addington or Prince Mshiyeni on a bad day. Looks like we're already at war to me and the cops are taking huge casualties.
I was bored, so.....

We might as well just go to war and get this over and done with........
Maybe we need a civil war once and for all.
I don't think [-]Malema[/-] marine1 thought that far...Civil war? Are you mad? I would leave the country because I can't kill anyone plus by civil war you mean white vs black? (Didn't read the thread) but if so hell no,I can't kill innocent people.

I am wondering, if we put the hate mongers in a fist fight, once they are done beating each other to a pulp if they would let us normal folk live in peace?
War is hell.
There is no "right side".
The only way it turns into a hellhole is if the extremists from both sides (I.E. People like Malema and their white hatred and like the Norwegian dude). The Malema's side will indiscriminately kill whites for being "white imperialists", and the extreme white (Like pseudo-Nazi/ET guys) guys will use the killings as an excuse to kill innocent black civilians, that will turn black against white and vice versa.
But even if Melema and co get their little army going, I'm pretty confident there are plenty of decent people out there who are not "white" who will defend the freedom of the persecuted minority. I have a little bit more confidence in the ordinary black guy on the street. I don't know but most black people I meet don't hate whites. I think whilst Malema gets a lot of voice, his extremist position of white hatred is still a minority. That doesn't mean the majority don't want socialism or don't see apartheid/race anymore, they do. I also think they will have empathy for being oppressed.
I do not however have confidence in the state or government apparatus to protect the freedom of individuals. So whilst I think the fearmongering round here can get a bit much, I do feel that if things do get sort of bad, that we as individuals and members of society would have to stand up for our rights ourselves and make as much noise as possible and defend ourselves if necessary.
I do not think we'll be able to defend our rights if we sit on our asses and look to Zuma and co. for help.
My worry is that I think people who are almost hate-filled psychopaths (Malema) are able to obtain positions of influence and power... these guys really shouldn't have any voice in a party who's leaders, whilst generally being socialists/communist etc. many of their old leaders were educated (despite apartheid attempts), insightful.
Look @ Mandela, the man the apartheid government called a terrorist...his insight was incredible, his willingness to understand, to learn and not let the past or desire for revenge cloud his judgement.
At the moment I don't think the political apparatus is moving towards getting vengeance from whites, I think it is about getting rich, and you don't bite off the hand that feeds you, so to speak.
For the most part I agree with you. But trusting the current gov is a HUGE mistake

*Nods in agreement*Trusting any government is a mistake.
Very simple...So you support the genocide? Do you support the ANC and their lack of will to stop crime? Do you support Julius? If not then I will fight side by side with you. This is not about race, its about right and wrong.I'm black but i have been mugged , my house burglarized ,thousands of rands worth of stuff stolen this weekend .Which side should I fight on?
When Malema AKA Hitler takes power, lets see how your perception changesWar is hell.

I think we can trust the people in government to be narcissists and greedy/power-hungry...perhaps to be human and all the flaws that come with it. But willing murderers on a genocidal scale... I think it is not rational at this point to take that position.
Doesn't mean I trust em, I don't. Just saying fearmongering doesn't help.

Seems the ANC are training their youth on military bases so maybe they are planning something? I am definitely not going to help them with their plans
These senseless murders are really getting to me![]()
