A bit complicated to explain in a short post.

Start by downloading Newsleecher. Theres a great working version of Newsleecher 3.5 beta floating around.

The server name is: news.is.co.za

There are a couple of helpfull threads on myadsl if you do a quick search.

Wikipeadia is always a good place to start: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newsgroups

Good search engines are :
http://alt.binaries.nl/
http://www.binsearch.info/

Bit new to them myself but I've dl'ed quite a bit of stuff just this weekend.

Start a thread or PM if you have any specific questions.
