Chappies...maybe once a year, besides can go half way for free. Huguenot also around once a year, otherwise I take bainskloof. Much prefer the petrol decrease. I am sure I would think differently in GP.

I don't, screw the fuel levy for Etolls, use the levy already there... Going from R0 to scamral to 50c/l(whatever it'll be) is an increase in expenditure.
