Another mysignal question

Hi, Howcome now aftwe using a router, Mysignal keeps saying "remote comp not re.." It also wont pick up the signal strength on the logon page(1st tab) It does not want to connect at all? I got a error saying socket somthing on non socket ??????

if the problem persists, try to reset it, otherwise it must be faulty

Because you are using the ethernet cable.
I may be wrong, but I think that Mysignal only works with the USB cable???

Yes the Ethernet cable...MySignal only works with USB Cable.........and the Contention Ratio.
