External Antenna Question

I am now using a 21 DBI Quad patch ant. Once connected, does the ant. on the modem stop recieving? or does it also recieve signal still?

The signal should be to and from the external antenna with
only a very minimal feed from the internal one!

damm Im trying so hard to connect to BOP, but no matter what I do, I always seem to fond mal park!!

Looking through my telescope this morning; I could see
ProAsm up on the 22nd floor, steam cleaning Durban
rust off the new BOP tower!!![]
