Another Nqakula Brainwave - self defence & weapons

Interesting new brainwave by Nqakula. The propasal explains changes to what weapons a person can carry on them. The legislation proposal apparently means items such as a pepper spray or any item that is designed to injure, disable, or invoke fear on another can't be used legally in public.

Feel free to read and explain the Nqakula thinking here. I've had a glance and can't belive that things like pepper sparay can't be used for self-defence?

Is it not my CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to protect myself?

The constitution doesn't mean anything to communists.

Ag, this ain't so bad. All you need to do is have somebody follow you with a camera and pretend you're making a film, then you can carry whatever you like.

I know of a few guys who practise some seriously weird martial arts, they don't even need a gun to whip your *ss. Obviously not against guns.
