Hi all,

I've been going through this whole forum and it seems like nobody has been successfull in hosting a website on their ADSL connection when using a Telkom POTS router(bleh). I tried doing this by using the PAT configuration and forwarding HTTP requests on port 80 to my server but it just don't seem to work. From outside when I tried to connect to my given IP I only get the login of my router. It does not seem to forward HTTP with PAT??

Am I missing something here? Has anybody been successfull in doing this with a Telkom POTS? Does the NAT config have anything to do with it?

I'm stumped [xx(]

It does work and NAT is no problem. What exactly have you entered into the PAT section?

ok. got it right. Needed to use ATM1 and not LAN as interface.
