Another "racist" attack

'You black guys take everything'

Another Virgin Active gym was hit by allegations of a racist verbal attack against one of its members in Sunninghill, northern Johannesburg.

The latest victim said he opened a criminal case at the Sandton police station and was too traumatised to return to the club.

Lesley Mo***eng said he was approached by a man while cycling and accused of hogging the equipment.

The 35-year-old father of two said he was sworn at and called a "boy".

"The guy came and started shouting and said, 'You black guys take everything. We know this is your f**king country, but you do not have to control everything'."

He said he had heard nothing from the company despite two complaints over the past month.

"I am still scared. I have not been to that gym ever since."

The gym club said it would investigate the latest case and had a strict zero tolerance to any form of prejudice.

Yes, what is the turd going to do to him any ways? If he hits him he will have a stack of witnesses and the gym will kick out this racist fecker. I would go to gym just to taunt him (racist guy).
 
Poor Vigin Active. Time to do some damage control. I understand that the could not possibly know that their members are sometinmes raving lunatics & now their name gets dragged throught the mud.
 
this sounds like just another fishy "racist" story. There are plenty members of all race groups in the club at any given time, ... and yes there are a couple of tw@ts who hog the equipment with f-all consideration for other members. My geus is someone finally had enough and said something about it, and it's now being made up to be a racist attack.

anyway ... probably way more to this story and I'm sure the club will investigate and take the necessary action
 
Oh I wish people would get over it. I've been call a "Whitey" at my gym and "you whites still think you are in charge".
Not the names or the insult that bothered me, but the fact that idiot plainly ignored (or could not read?) the rules clearly stated on all the equipment and at the start point of the circuit.

I've been following the rules and asked the guy to politely move when the timer sounded and got that response. Now because all the trainers know me, I just called and explained it to the one guy working there and he explained it to the numb nuts in his own language. They got into an argument and he got up and left. I Lol'd at him as he looked back and I blew a kiss. I could literally see him turn red in anger hahaha but my physique alone compared to his intimidated him, unbeknown of my leet silent takedown skillz :P

Shrug it off man, traumatized? Serious? Oh let me run to the newspaper/police station because of this! I'll teach them all! ALL OF THEM! Mwuahahaha!

Looks like the meathead stereotype rings true around these gyms. Too much testosterone, okes needs to relax.

Just searched for this Paul guy, can't believe I missed that thread - Bwahahaha! jis i wish I had some popcorn reading that thread. I'd like to see him react to a racist rant/insult at the gym. Will he whimper, or girl-up...
