Another senseless murder

guys rather than complaining - lets try help fight crime .below are my 2 cents

- If u drive a high risk car install a tracking system that will get the criminals caught
- Help out in your community forum or buy assisting them buy equipment like surveillance cameras etc
 
No use in arresting these guys, have to kill them as they just get off. :(
My heart goes out to the family, may god see you through this absolutely devastating time in your life.

What makes you think the guys complaining aren't already doing a lot also? I'm so sick of this insulting mythical false dichotomy that states that a person can only either "complain" or "do something", and that if they're doing one they cannot be doing the other. Even a 6-year old can see that's retarded.
 
This story has been covered on 702 as well. Sickening yes!! Cannot even go out for a meal with ones family these days!!! Condolences to the family, so sad for the young daughter and mother to be to witness such a brutal and senseless killing... My sympathies...
 
That is why when a criminal gets shot/killed I don't really feel bad.... I know this is wrong but I just really can't help it.
 
I think everyone should adopt the notion that you are always in constant danger wherever you are. Be aware of your surroundings constantly, be paranoid, expect the worse.
Follow those lines and maybe you can remain unaffected..

Just a thought...

There once was a time when SA held a place in my heart that would not waiver. Now that little place is developing an ulcer, everytime i read a story like the one above, that ulcer gets a bit bigger. Theres gonna be a point when that ulcer turns into a one way ticket oversees and as far from these criminals as possible.

Agreed, I think there's only so much that civilized people can tolerate and that envelope is being pushed daily. For many it's already beyond the point of no return.

good post. I drive around on edge with my firearm at the ready all the time. I have had some extesnive training but you are never prepared for an attack.

Sadly not even a firearm is enough in these circumstances. When eight men storm a restaurant there is nothing anyone can do. Just hit the deck and wait for them to leave. This country is under siege! How many times doesn't a robbery or shooting involve 6 - 10 people with automatics. :(
 
Yeah, you are dead right. I cannot walk around with one of my rifles either as one can imagine what that would look like but you are 100% right. Me and my HK 9mm against 10 AK's, who is going ot win? Definitely not me.
 
The crime is out of hand, one can't even do a family outing without feeling safe and happy and something bad happens. What a waste of life he had everything going for him.
 
I am an advocate for the death penalty. Armed robbery where someone gets shot/killed should carry the death setence. We are in drastic times and we need drastic action. I understand people carrying arms but it can lead to all sorts of problems. A lady I know had two guys trying to break into he business through a gate by kicking it down. One of them had a gun, which turned out to be a toy. She shot both of them killing one. She lost her business paying for all the legal fees in defending herself against criminal charges for the shooting.
