Why did you continue fighting that when you don't live there anymore? Or were you just temporarily out? Seems like a waste of money.

I'm still living in my house waiting for the divorce to get finalised. The order is half of the battle, I'm also fighting the contravention of the order because I didn't take the thing serious and came home drunk and continued drinking when I got home..

So it's two independent cases. Well only one now since I'm not allowed to appeal the order any further, either I comply or I get locked up for contravention again.

The magistrate actually gave her a signed warrant of arrest. All she has to do is to hand it to a policeman.

I'm serving as an example to you motherfuckers. When your SO gets granted a restraining/protection order, you're legally compelled to comply to the conditions stipulated on it.

I still tried to explain to the magistrate that I love braaiing but now I have to ****ing drink Oros when I braai. She just told me that my wife must have had a reason for the application. I then argued that if there was a reason, the court or police station should be aware of crimes I have committed - I have a clean slate, no domestic violence or anything. F0kkol.

I think they specifically assign females to preside over any domestic related issues. The bias was so clear, after arguing my case for almost an hour I just thought **** it.

Sorry, bro but I don't think anyone here has ever had a restraining order taken against them for drinking too much. What reasons did your wife give for the restraining order? Assume it wasn't physical abuse but rather that she doesn't want your kids seeing you in a drunken stupor most of the week?

Enjoy the oros. It's good training for when you must look after the kids on your own and not allowed to be drunk around them.

Is @The_Ogre really @news24 ?

Anyway family meeting with the mother and this girl and you have to be upfront. You may need to do another DNA test to convince the girl.
