Another unhappy customer

As anyone joined this guys list, obviously we have now gone past tje July 2005 deadline he stipulated on his site.... I am waiting for a reply from him.

Can't we get Telkom to Pay everyone back for the money they stole? Same thing happened to MaterCard and VISA. They had to cough up to all thier customers in the USA.
 
He he he... Everybody needs to see this. This is what happens when you screw a customer a little too hard. I think someone should take this further, it definitely would help strike a blow, or at least make a little dent in Telkoms ego. :p

ok, i've just dug up this old thread.. it's the first time i've ever heard of phonemegascam... i was busy last year :p

So again me and others were right calling Telkom thieves, scammers, defrauders of the nation. And we were flamed on this same forum. Again this supports the view I have of the DOC and Icassa as well as others; that they help Telkom and should instead protect the consumers. They willingly and deliberately offered to be quiet and do nothing and as such allow a pay off to be offered to the complainant to be quiet.

This is a scandal and fraud IMHO by any measured means and the GVT and Telkom should be take to task on this. But then again I wonder how many of the goones got a pay of to keep it quiet??? This calls for a massive open up of the wound and sqeeze of the puss out of the boil.

Bl@@dy thieves and rip off artists. What else did they do to defraud us legally??

This raises the question WHO GAVE THE INSTRUCTION – to reduce the pulse rate (unit time) as the system CANNOT change without any intervention?

It is this very question posed to Telkom, that has made them elusive and evasive- as they know the sensitivity of the situation may lead to very BIG HEADS to roll. Putting it bluntly, the question should be – who gave the instruction to steal money from customers by reducing airtime?

There has been no disclosure from Telkom in respect of the reduction in time – neither to their customers nor to ICASA. When this enquiry was made with ICASA- they were clearly shocked with Telkom’s deliberate non-disclosure in the reduction of airtime.

At a meeting held at ICASA boardroom (3rd august 2004)- Telkom officials were unable to offer any explanation to ICASA and to myself in respect of the reduction in airtime.

With hardly a response from Telkom, and with no possible solution to my problem, ICASA suggested that Telkom do a private deal with me to my satisfaction, in an effort to resolve my enquiry. A few days later, I received a written Telkom offer of R40 000.00.

Most of the links do not work?

lol... did u re-type those links... manually... and confuse your /// with your \\\\ ?

The links on the site have a mixture of / and \


you'll need to edit the url manually by replacing \ with / before you can view jpg

This seems to apply to all jpg links.
