Back story - RAIN pulled coverage from my area without notice. Took me 3 weeks to get this info from WebAfrica, after which all they could do was say "ok please return router and cancel your service thru the online portal."
I returned the router directly to their JHB headquarters, I even took a photo of the receptionist holding the router because I know this company is run by scumbags.
Well, I have just received a notice they are handing over the account to debt collection for the router which they say has not been returned.
